Qualification:
The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Preference will be given to Naval Architects with thorough knowledge in ship building. The incumbent should have the prescribed post qualification executive experience with adequate exposure in the field of Dredger Building, Operations and Maintenance. He should have deep insights in to Dredging Operations and Business and should be thoroughly familiar with different type of dredgers and the technological requirements.

The candidate(s) should be a graduate in Naval Architecture/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Alternative profiles with long term experience in dredger operation in the capacity of Captain with either Indian/ global dredger operators will also be considered. The incumbent should have minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience with adequate exposure in the field of Dredger Building, Operations and Maintenance. He should be thorough in all aspects of dredger functionality, operation and conversant with different operating conditions. He should be aware of alternative technologies being deployed by global players for increasing productivity and improve operational economy. He should be conversant with regulatory norms and clarification guidelines and should be able to advice and deal with such bodies.

Eligible and interested candidates (Not applicable for SC/ST/ PWDs and candidates applying from abroad) need to pay a fee of `.100/- by downloading the challan available in the BEML website and by remitting the same only in State Bank of India in the BEML Account no. 31006750220. Candidatesapplying for multiple positions have to make separate payments for each of the positions. The candidates are required to ON-LINE only which is mandatory by clicking the “Apply ON-LINE” Link and after going through the prescribed guidelines and ensuring correctness of the data entered in the portal / form. The last date for submission of application by on-line is 26.02.2011.
