Research Officer

Eligibility:
1. Promotion/Deputation (including short-term contract):
Officers under the Central/State Governments/Union Territories/Indian Council of Agricultural Research/Agriculture Universities:-
(a)(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or
(ii) With 8 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.5500-9000 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department and
(b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience:-
(i) Master’s Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Commerce/Agriculture Economics/Agriculture from a recognised university or equivalent.
(ii) 2 years experience in Collection,Collation,interpretation of Agro Economic data.
