Job Designation: Chief Architect
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: PB-4 Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.8700
Eligibility Conditions:
1. Officers from the Central / State Governments / Public Sector Undertakings / Universities / Recognized Councils.
(a)(i) Holding analogous posts or
(ii) With 5 years service in posts in the scale of Rs.12000-16500 (Pre-revised)/PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600/- or equivalent.
Educational Qualification:
(i) Degree in architecture of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) 12 years experience in a responsible capacity in planning,designing and supervising execution of large building projects;
(iii) Should be registered with the Councils of architects.
Desirable Qualification:
(i) Experience in research and development of Architectual designs of hospitals and other Medical Institutions.
(ii) Post-B Architect Diploma/Degree in architecture on Town Planning.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of the applications.
