Scale of Pay: Rs.7500-250-12000 (pre-revised).
Eligibility Criteria:
Section Officer of the Central Secretariat Services with at least 5 years service in the grade.
Educational Qualification:
1. Degree of a recognized university.
2. Atleast 5 years experience in Establishment matter in a responsible capacity.
Period of Deputation: Shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years
