Designation: HR Executive/Sr. HR Executive (Recruitment)
Job Description:
• Clear understanding of the job role of the position to be filled & profile of the canddiate being sought in terms of Qualifications/ Experience/ Age/ Salary range etc
• Working with Sr.Manager-Recruitment to outline the strategy to be adopted in searching for appropriate candidates eg. Job Portal Search/Hosting of Ads/Head-hunting/ Networking.
• Identification and mapping of the Industry, Companies within that Industry, verticals within the company & levels in the hierarchy. Mapping of the above & preparation of Search lists of possible targeted candidates & summary profile & co-ordinates. Organograms of the major competitors need to be evolved.
• CV's of candidates interested & spoken to need to be forwarded to the HR of th respective business entity for Interviews/ Meetings with Sr.functionaries
• Organograms developed for Competitors, need to be reviewed and validated on a six –monthly basis.
• Assist the Sr. Managers on special tasks assigned by the COE.
