Designation: Business Manager - Finance
Job Description:
Primary responsibilities include:
• Manage multiple applications and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both applications and financial content
• Manage Case Handling and increase efficiencies
• Generate Weekly and Quarterly Metrics
• Partner with cross functional teams on enterprise level projects and support related Testing and Release
• Assist with fiscal period close activities and planning cycle issues related to applications
• Develop relationships with users to understand business challenges and needs looking at processes and tools for possible solutions
• Maintain and update application websites, support documentation and develop FAQs based on user feedback and case analyses
• Partner with IT and data owners to ensure stable system operations and data integrity
• Recommend and facilitate changes to processes or systems to enhance customer satisfaction
Additional Responsibilities:
• Actively work with the solutions team in the deployment of new application releases or retirements
• Lead or participate in training and communication strategies, application data and users audits
• Ad hoc projects or requests

• Strong focus on planning
• Experience with BI Tools (Business Objects, Essbase, OBIEE, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong partner and teamwork skills
• Experience with virtual teams
• Experience in managing direct reports is a plus
• Experience in business finance is a strong plus
• Experience with Cisco Finance Planning (Plan-IT, CAP-IT, SI, AE, etc.) and Reporting (FETCH, GMC, etc.) Applications is a strong plus
Education And Experience
• Typically requires BS degree or equivalent and 5-8 years of related experience. MBA preferred.
