Job Designation: Senior Scientific Officer
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3) plus Grade Pay Rs.6600 Group ‘A’ Gazetted.
Educational Qualification:
1. M.Sc. Degree in Physiology or Pharmacology of a recognized university or equivalent.
2. 8 years experience in Research and testing in the field of Toxiology.

Desirable: Doctorate degree in the subject concerned.
Period of Deputation: Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not be exceeding three years.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of the applications.
