Responsibilities
* The role of Trade SM (TSM) is responsible for achieving the income plans for the set of branches managed; increase product penetration across customer segment, revenue maximization, product promotion & visibility creation as well as training for the product.
* Activities Performed
* Income achievement
* New customer acquisition
* Activation of customers
* Increase in market share / brand awareness of the product
* Income objectives: TSM will be responsible for income targets set for the products for the respective branches being supported.
* Customer Acquisition: TSM has to achieve customer acquisition plans for the position that may be set for the number of branches that are being serviced.
* Marketing & Product Visibility: TSM to initiate activities to create appropriate product visibility to gather mind share of the customers and branch officials. TSM will also pursue marketing activities for the specific region including campaigns, contest, customer meets, etc.
* TSM will also drive marketing initiatives launched centrally by the product team or any other team directly impacting the business objectives i.e. CANI sourcing, etc.
* Training: TSM will conduct trainings for the branch and all concerned sales staff. The training to emphasize on product sales, process clarification and adherence there of.
* Branch visits and business reviews: TSM to necessarily visit every branch being supported at least once in a quarter. TSM to discuss with the BM on the approach to business, road map and draw actionable to achieve the products business goals of the branch.
* Activities critical to the business:
* Customer visits – Acquisition, Activation or Courtesy:
* Joint / individual visits to new to bank / trade customers along with BM, RM, ABM, PRM, CANI, NRRM, Tagger, etc
* Top 30 trade customers to be visited at least once in a quarter
* Visits to inactive customer
* Visit once a quarter to every location of India Post, sub-agents of Western Union and other business pursued by the Bank
* TSM to maintain record of all activities undertaken in respect of the business
* Send ‘Sales cum Activity report’ to supervisor (TSH / RSH) on daily / weekly basis under copy to BM / CH / ZH / RH
* Send ‘Fortnightly Sales cum Activity report’ to Product Team under copy to TSH / RSH / NSH and CH / ZH / RH

Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
