- Up selling inhouse products & services
- Trouble shooting.

- 1st & 2nd bucket collections i.e reminder calls and recovery
- Inbound / Outbound processes
- Rotational work offs: 2 Work offs in a week. Could be any days of the week.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic computer application skills & Selling / Convincing Skills
- Should have good negotiation and convincing skills
