Job Designation: Joint Director (Administration)
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: Revised PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay 7600
Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government:-
(a)(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department;or
(ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Pay Band-3,Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.6600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department;or
(iii) With ten year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Pay Band-3,Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
Educational Qualification:
(i) Master’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognized university
(ii) Seven years experience in Administration,Establishment and Accounts matters.
Desirable:
Having undergone training in training of trainers/organization and methods/work study/Basic Management Service Course from Institute of Secretariat Training & Management.

(i) Master’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at Bachelor’s Degree level;
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor’s degree level.
Desirable: One year Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized Uhniversity/Institute or equivalent.

(i) Master’s Degree in Statistics or Mathematics (with Statistics) or Economics (With Statistics) or Commerce (With Statistics) from a recognized University.
(ii) Two years experience in organizing or conducting of Training Programme.
Job Designation: Statistical Investigator Grade-I (Training)

Scale of Pay: Revised PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600
Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government:-
(a)(i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department;or
(ii) With five year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in PB-2 in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
