  •  District Judge : 29 posts, Pay scale : Rs. 51550-63070, Age : 35 - 48 years, Qualification : a holder of Degree in Law (b) practicing as an Advocate in the High Court or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than seven years on the date of publication of Advertisement OR Must be working or must have worked as Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate for not less than seven years in the post or posts. In computing the period of seven years the period during which the candidate has worked as an Advocate shall be included

      1. Provide assistance to U.S. Litigation Intake Team by assisting with the review of legal mail and identifying the loan number that corresponds to the legal mail;
      2. Requires strict compliance, as all legal mail received must be processed in the same day that analyst receives it;
      3. Pull data from various data bases in order to analyze loan and enter said information into analysis sheet and/or data base;
      4. Assist with transferring of legal mail to other departments and ensuring said transfer is documented in data base;
      5. Process subpoenas;
      6. Assist with imaging, scanning and uploading documents into data base;
      7. Support other litigation intake analysts with overflow or any additional duties.
      8. Support U.S. Litigation Intake Team (Assistant General Counsel, Senior Counsel, Litigation Operations Manager and Senior Intake Counsel) by ensuring that legal mail is identified and uploaded into data base in a timely fashion;
      9. Support other litigation intake analysts with functions such as database management, scanning, uploading and reporting;
      10. Assist with transferring of legal mail to other departments.

      Required :

      • Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
      • Successful candidate must have outstanding computer skills;
      • Prior financial services and/or law firm experience a plus;
      • Prior experience with litigation management databases also recommended;

      How To Apply For Opening: 1. An eligible candidate should apply on-line through the link provided to our website www.

It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment project.       2. Candidates should fill up the application available after clicking the link given in the notification.
      3. Branch code and Branch Transaction ID Number noted on the Challan form should be correctly filled in the application at appropriate place.
      4. Application, after filling up all the mandatory field and security check box should be submitted by a click on the ‘Submit’ button.
      5. All the mandatory fields (marked with *) should be filled in, otherwise the system will not accept the application.
      6. The Candidates should note/ remember the Registration number and Password for the future reference and use.
      7. There is provision to modify the submitted on-line application. Candidates are requested to make use of this facility to correct the detail in on-line application, if any. This modification facility shall be available after 2 days of registration and up to 17.07.2011. Modification will be allowed only 3 times after the last date i.e. 15.07.2011. No modification will be permitted further.
      8. Please note that the above is the general procedure for applying on-line. No other mode of application or incomplete application will be accepted and in such case, the application will be rejected outright.
