NDA examination For 12th Pass
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the NDA-II and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II) , 2012 on 19/08/2012 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wing of the NDA for 130th Course and Naval Academy for 92nd [10+2 Executive Branch] course commencing from July 2013. Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible
Posts : 335 (Army-195, Navy-39, Air Force - 66, Navy Academy- 55)

Eligibility:
  • Age : Born between 2nd July, 1994 and 1st January 1997.
  • Educational Qualification
    • for Army : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
    • For Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University with Physics and Mathematics subjects
  • Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
Fee: Rs.50/- to be deposited in any branch of SBI or Online by Net Banking Or by Credit/ Debit card.

Indo-Tibetan Border Force has issued notification against recruitment of 418 Constable/GD vacancies. Eligible Male or Female Sportsperson may apply through prescribed application format which must be submitted at the time of reporting on 07-05-2012 and 11-05-2012. ITBP Jobs Details:  

Number of Vacancies: 418

Name of Post: Constable/GD 

Age Limit: Candidate’s age must be between 18-23 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 07/05/2012. (Age relaxations would be as per Government rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess minimum of Matriculation qualification from recognized board.

Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 50/- towards Application Fee. SC/ST/Female candidates are exempted from Fee payment. Fee must be in form of CRFS/IPO/Bank Draft drawn in favor of Accounts Officer, Directorate General, I.T.B.Police, payable at S.B.I., R.K.Puram, New Delhi, Code No-1076. Candidates opting for CRFS should affix the CRFS at specified space in application form and get them cancelled as well.

Selection Procedure: Selections would be made through Verification of Testimonials, Physical Standard Test, Testing of Sports Performance and Medical Examination.

How to Apply: Candidates must apply through prescribed format available at the bottom of notification. Fill the form neatly and attach photograph. Fee payment if made in form of CRFS then it must be pasted on the place provided in the application form. Bring it along with all relevant documents to addresses of various Recruitment Centres available in the notification from 07-05-2012 to 11-05-2012.

Indian Army has issued notification against recruitment of Group C vacancies in Army Service Corps. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 31 days from the date of publication in Employment News. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, application fee details, selection process and how to apply are given below…

Indian Army Vacancy Details: 

Number of Vacancies: 222

Name of Post: Group C

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must not be between 18 years to 25 years. (Age Relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).


Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass Matriculation or any equivalent course from recognized board.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Test and Interview taken together.

22th UES in Indian-Army for Engineers June-2011

INDIAN ARMY

22th University Entry Scheme (22 UES) for Permanent Commission in the Army /  115th TGC/ 39th SSC (Technical) Men/ 10th SSC (Technical) Women

Applications are invited from unmarried male Engineering Degree students studying in Final Year or Pre-final year during academic session 2011-12 for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army in all Arms/Service in 22nd UES and Men and Women candidates are invited for the SSC (Technical) for Men and Women respectively.

Vacancies : 60 posts (for UES) (Civil-11, Electrical-8, Mechanical-8, Production -3, Electronics - 7, Communication/ Telecommunication -11, Architecture - 1, Food Tech./ Bio Tech -1, Computer Science and Engineering/ Computer Technology/ Computer Science - 5, Information Technology -4, Chemical Engg. - 1)
  • Age : UES - Final Year Degree candidate - Not below 19 years and not over 25 years and for Pre-Final Year Degree Candidates - Not below 18 years and not over 24 years., 115th TGC - 20-27 years, SSC (T) for Men and Women - 20-27 years
  • Physical Standard: As applicable to the regular army [Height-157.5 cm, For Gorkhas and individuals belongings to hills of North Easter region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, the minimum height will be 5 cm less. For candidates from Lakshadweep the height will be reduced by 2 cms.
  • Pay Scale : The Indian Army offers pay scale PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/- plus MSP Rs.6000/- plus allowances
How to Apply: Apply on the plain paper as per the prescribed format. The envelope (white) containing the application should be Superscribed in Red ink indicating clearly the branch of Engineering applied for i.e ' Applications for 22 UES Entry : ......... Engineering. Send your application so as to reach respective Command HQ at the following address on or before 31/07/2011. Two unstamped self addressed envelop to receive an interview call letter should also be enclosed with the application.

  4. HQ Southern Command (A Branch), Pune (Maharasthra), Pin-411001. For studying in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnatak, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Daman, Diu, Dadra, Nagar Haveli, Pondicherry, Lakshadweep and Kerala.
  5. HQ Eastern Command (A Branch), Kolkata (West Bengal), Pin-700021. For students studying in the states of West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Andaman and Nicobar.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600 (Pre-revised Rs.6500-10500) at Indian Military Academy,Dehradun.
Eligibility:
(a)(i) holding analogous posts in the Pay Band-2 of Rs.9300-34800 and Grade Pay of Rs.4600 pm regular basis; or
(ii) with five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-2 of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
