    NTC Limited, a major Schedule „A” Central Public Sector Undertaking having Textile Mills and other Offices spread across the country invites applications from Indian Nationals to fill-up the following posts:

    Post:
    Manager(HR)- (E-3 level)
    Qualification & Experience:
    MBA/MSW (2 years) or equivalent with specialization in HR and knowledge of Industrial Relations/labour laws with 8 years of experience at middle management in a manufacturing unit. Those with Degree in Law would be preferred.

    Management Trainees (HR)- (E-0 level)
    Qualification & Experience:
    MBA/MSW (2 years) or equivalent with specialization in HR and knowledge of Industrial Relations/labour laws

    (1) Only Indian Nationals need apply.
    (2) Appointment will be on regular basis and selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year.
    (3) Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in India. (4) A candidate‟s single application should be sent in one envelope. Applications by a single candidate for more than one post must be sent separately, in marked envelops. Multipleapplications in one envelope shall be rejected and no correspondence in this respect shall be entertained.

    PAY  SCALE

    Allowance and any other allowances as admissible under Rules would be admissible as per

    Post Graduate allowance will be admissible as the basic essential qualification for the post is
    Post Graduate degree/diploma in a particular field of specialization.
     
    For Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant)- 3 -

      1. Only such candidates would be eligible for the Post at Sr.5 and 6 for reservation in the service /

      reservation would have to submit a Disability certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the
      prescribed format as per directives of Govt. of India.
      2. For the post at Sr. No. 4, Candidates availing benefits under reserved category have to submit
      Latest Caste Certificate and candidates availing OBC Benefits have to submit Latest Non –
      Creamy Layer certificate as applicable for appointment to posts under Govt. of India.
      3. For the post at Sr. No 1, Ex-servicemen candidates should enclosed relevant certificates in the
      prescribed proforma issued by Competent Authority.
      4. Security Officer will be appointed on contractual basis for a period of 3 years. During that period
      he will be paid a consolidated Salary of Rs.31,000/- per month with annual increment of 3% of
      the consolidated pay plus other benefits i.e. 12 days Casual Leave, reimbursement of telephone
      expenses subject to maximum of Rs.500/- per month & subsidized accommodation in Company’s
      township.
      5. For post at Sr.no.2 i.e. Medical Officer will be appointed for a period of 3years on the
      consolidated remuneration of Rs.25,000/- per month, CPF@12%, 12 days Casual Leave per year
      & subsidized canteen facilities.
      6. Management reserves the right to relax age, qualification and experience as also to
      consider related qualification & experience in case of deserving exceptionally for PWD
      candidates .
      7. Candidates employed in Govt. Dept./ PSU’s etc. may forward their application through proper
      channel or produce NOC at the time of Interview.
      8. Interested candidates meeting the above requirements may submit their application in the
