Job Duties :
- Source profiles from Job portals, Internal Database and other professional networking sites.
- Consistently source for positions with multiple vacancies
- Build references network on a regular basis
- Maintain Database or reports as required
- Scheduling and communication with clients and candidates as required
Required :
- IT Recruiter with BPO/KPO/ITES Industry experience.
- Experience in end to end recruitment
- Experience in volume hiring
- Well versed with sourcing from job portals
- Knowledge of networking sites and job groups a plus
- Ability to work with database and reports
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office – Esp MS Excel
- Should be a able to partner with teams across locations
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Domestic recruitment experience a must
