Applications are invited for filling up the following posts:-
Job Designation: Assistant Commissioner (Fisheries)
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + 6600 (G.P.)
Eligibility: Officers of the Central/State Government/Agricultural Universities/ICAR/Autonomous Bodies and Corporation:-
(a)(i) Holding analogous post;or
(ii) With five year’s service in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100 + 5400 (G.P.) (revised) Rs.8000-275-13500/- (pre-revised) or equivalent;and
Educational Qualification:
(i) Master’s degree in Zoology of a recognized university or Associate Diploma in Fisheries Science of CIFE and;
(ii) 5 years experience in Fisheries Development or applied Fisheries Research of Fisheries Extension.
Desirable: Doctorate in Zoology.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of the applications.
