- Graduate in any stream( except BE and MCA) with good communication skills.
- Candidate must have exposure to voice based technical support.
- Experience in IT technical support/ certifications in IT ( MCP/ MCSE/MCSA) will be preferred.
- Experience in working with ticketing tools, call routing and monitoring setup knowledge etc.
- Should be aware of ITIL process related to service desk.
- This will be a Voice Support Team member kind of role.
- The candidate is expected to be part of a support team.
- The job location is Mumbai.
- The job demands candidate to work in rotational shifts.
