Assistant Advisor (PHE)
No. of Posts: 01
Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3) with grade pay of Rs.6600/-
Educational Qualification:
Officers under the Central or StateGovernments or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory Organisations or Universities or Recognised Research Institutes:
(a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department;
(ii) with 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pb-3, Rs.15600-39100/- + 5400 Grade Pay (Pre-revised scale of pay of Rs.8000-275-13500/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department;
(iii) with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB-2,Rs.9300-34800 + 4600 Grade Pay (Pre-revised scale of Rs.6500-200-10500/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; or
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
(i) Degree in Civil Engineering of a recognised University or Institute or equivalent.
(ii) Master’s Degree in Public Health Engineering of a recognised University/Institute or equivalent.
(iii) Five years experience in investigation,design,construction and operation of water supply and severage installation including one year in urban sector or rural sector with experience in desalination,defluoridation,iron removal,water harvesting structures.
