1. Chief Manager (Credit / Recovery / Legal / Branch Operations)
2. Deputy Manager (Branch Operations)
3. Direct Selling Agents for marketing our loan products.
The candidate should possess the following (for the posts (1) & (2) above)
* Graduate / Post-Graduate with professional qualification like CAIIB / MBA/LLB/LLM.
* Age not to exceed 50 years and not less than 40 years.
* Written and Oral Communication skill in English and Marathi is necessary and should have excellent drafting skill.
* Candidate without relevant Banking experience need not apply.
* Passion for performance and results shall be key consideration.
* Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience and qualification.
* VRS opted and other Retired Banking Professionals may also apply for above positions on contract basis. In such case the age limits not to exceed 55 years.
